What sets me apart from other photographers?
There are many talented photographers here in the Albuquerque area, but what sets me apart from many others is my education and experience. I have a background in costume design, hair and makeup design, scene design, a trained performer (music, acting and dance) and photography.
I have experience collaborating with performers, artistic directors, costume designers and hair and makeup artists.
I'm always open to the idea of collaborating.
I understand and appreciate the time, money and artistic expression that it takes to build a costume and character whether it's for a private shoot in the beautiful outdoors or a costumed event.
To me it's just not about you sitting there and looking cute/handsome, I love to tell stories and to help others tell a story through photography. Let's work together to create a vision.

If you need festival photos, I'll just go get in the zone and do my thing. If you need portraits, we can have some fun, even a few laughs while reenacting character moments. Just pretend the camera is not there.

Delivering photos
In one or two weeks, you will receive a gallery invite to review your unedited pictures. You will then get to select the photos that you desire to have edited.
This is my first photoshoot with a costume, what should I know?
Before we meet to do the actual shoot, I will provide a costume and character consultation to see if more development needs to be done prior to the shoot. I want you to look and feel your best for the big day!
Will hair and makeup be provided?
You are welcome to have someone join us for touch ups during the shoot, but hair and makeup will need to be completed prior to us meeting up at location.
How many pictures will I receive?
This will be determined by what is needed from you.
Are you available outside of Albuquerque?
Absolutely! I love to travel for shoots. It all depends on what day the shoot is and how far I need to travel. I do have a full time job.
Can I bring others with me in costume?
Absolutely! The more the merrier! However, they will also need to go through the same process as you as well. If they have not, then they will not be able to be a part of the fun.
Do I do weddings and engagement photos?
No, but I can refer you to someone who can.
